Classes are listed in order of increasing difficulty


Callanetics Mix
A blend of callenetics, Pilates, yoga and ball work all focusing ontoning, firming and sculpting. 55 minutes



Power Abs
Nothing but abs for a full 15 minutes. Tone, sculpt and flatten. NEW!



Fit Ball (FB)
Core strengthening...enhanced spinal mobility...plus toning from head to toe! 55 minutes



Weight Training (WT)
Free weights and resistance tubing to sculpt, create strength and condition your body. 55 minutes.



WT XPress
30 minute express class which includes hard core weight training w/Abs..



Zumba!!
NEW!! Salsa, Mambo, Samba, Belly Dancing and much more!! So fun and so easy to follow!! Check out the Instructor Schedule and look for Zumba during our Cardio Mix classes!



Cardio Conditioning (CC)
2/2/1 minute intervals...cardio/resistance training/core. 55 minutes



Continuous Fusion
A fusion of cardio and resistance training, alternating every 15 minutes, come & go when you can. 55 minutes



Power Pump (PP)
Basic stepping with handheld weights. Great cardio workout and toning all in one! 55 minutes.



Kick Boxing (KB)
Awesome cardio workout...great toning...get in on the Kick Boxing Fitness Sensation! 55 minutes



Cardio Mix
Every week a different teacher and a different cardio class to get your heart rate boosted. 55 minutes.
