Gentle Backs (GB YOGA)
A more restorative and relaxing version of our Better Backs class. 75 minutes



Yoga For Emotional Healing
Using a Better Backs asana sequence, pranayama, chanting, and mediation, this class will energize and calm you, while bringing balance to the physical and emotional body.. 55 minutes


Better Backs (BB YOGA)
Postures and breath combine to maintain a healthy spine in this Hatha yoga class. 55 minutes


Slow Flow Vinyasa
A less intense version of vinyasa incorporating slow flow vinyasas with better backs postures. 55 minutes.



Short Form Ashtanga (SF)
A structured flow of challenging yoga postures. 70 minutes



Vinyasa Yoga
A vigorous flow of postures...build stamina, strenght, and flexibility while promoting weight loss. 70 minutes



Zen-Ergy Fusion Vinyasa
A more athletic version of vinyasa that combines moves from yoga as well as martial arts. 70 minutes
