Gentle Backs (GB YOGA)
A more restorative and relaxing version of our Better Backs class. 75 minutes



Better Backs (BB YOGA)
Postures and breath combine to maintain a healthy spine in this Hatha yoga class. 55 minutes



Slow Flow Vinyasa
A less intense versoin of vinyasa incorporating slow flow vinyasas with better backs postures. 55 minutes.



Short Form Ashtanga (SF)
A structures flow of challenging yoga postures. 70 minutes



YINyasa Yoga
Begin with vinyasa flows to build heat followed by deep holding postures to increase range of motion. 70 minutes


Vinyasa Yoga
A vigorous flow of postures...build stamina, strenght, and flexibility while promoting weight loss. 70 minutes
